We store your email address to send you messages related to the service or product you purchase from us.
Phone number
We use your phone number to contact you regarding the service or product you purchase from us.
Other data we process
We also collect personal data not directly required for carrying out an agreement. We do this based on a legitimate interest or with your consent. This includes:
Work-related personal data
If you apply for a job with us, we want to know about your skills and experience. The information you provide, such as your CV, cover letter, portfolio, or assignment, will be deleted within four weeks if you are not hired. If we wish to contact you at a later stage, we will first ask for your permission to keep your data longer.
Cookies
We use the following cookies:
• A session cookie, which allows us to track and ensure that submitted forms are properly delivered.

• Handling responses to our job vacancies;
• Gaining insights into the use of our website so that we can improve it and provide a better experience.
We will not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above unless you have given prior consent or we are legally required to do so, such as providing data to the tax authorities.
Your rights
Under applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. Below we explain what these rights are and how you can exercise them.
To prevent misuse, we will initially send copies of your data only to the email address already known to us. If you wish to receive the information at a different email address or by post, we will ask you to provide proof of identity. We keep records of completed requests; in the case of a “right to be forgotten” request, we record anonymized data. All copies of your data will be provided in a machine-readable format used within our systems.
You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you believe we are misusing your personal data.
Right of Access
You always have the right to access the data we (or third parties on our behalf) process that relates to you or can be traced back to you. You can submit a request to our privacy contact person at info@trackandtrades.com.
You will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is approved, we will send a copy of all relevant data to the email address known to us, along with an overview of the processors who have access to this data and the categories under which we have stored it.
Right to Rectification
You always have the right to have data we (or third parties on our behalf) process that relates to you or can be traced back to you corrected. You can submit such a request to our privacy contact person at info@trackandtrades.com.
You will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is approved, we will send confirmation to the email address known to us that the data has been updated.

You will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is approved, we will send confirmation to the email address known to us that your data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.
Right to Data Portability

If your request is approved, we will send copies of all data relating to you that we have processed, or that has been processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties, to the email address known to us. In such a case, it is likely we will no longer be able to continue providing our services, as the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.
